I’m doing well, thank you for reaching out. My journey with Teenage Mums Empowerment has been truly life-changing. Before joining TME, I was very uncertain about my future and I was bitter with myself for failing life . TME gave me mentorship that help me see myself as more than just a young mother but a strong mother with more to life , skills and the motivation to believe in myself.

Although the journey has had challenges, the support I received helped me overcome them and keep pursuing my dreams.

Today, am in school (Kenya Institute Of Mass communication) pursing Certificate in film production I’m proud of how far I have come and grateful to TME for being part of my transformation. I’m still learning, growing and working towards my dreams.

My life before TME was such a hell,unknown,,like I never knew what I wanted and who I was..but when I joined TME I became clear of what I wanted and who I was,,the mentorship shaped my ways and dreams🥺like it was just a miracle came true😭😭...I've learnt alot,I have skills that I never knew I would have..but through TME I can now make nails,do make up and also made my self esteem so high that I dream so big😊..One thing that always keep me going is this words from my mentor Njeri Kabiru"you are going places" "keep doing what you are doing until you stumble on what you are supposed to be doing"..My life have really changed since I met TME and when I left to go find and pursue my dreams..Words can't really show what this organisation have done into my life but actions really will..Right now am a sales person coz I also have passion in designing looks,,I love designing people according to the occasion 🥰..I really thank and I pray always for this organisation,,you really changed my perspective of seeing life😫..Am now sharp and I now know what I want in life❤️❤️

Thank you so much for reaching out. My time at TME really helped me a lot, especially through the mentorship and the skills I learnt.

Today, I am doing catering at St. Therese TVC in Karen. During weekends and holidays, I also work at a hotel in Kibera. I also do hairdressing and nails for some clients, which helps me support myself and my son.

I am very grateful to TME because the mentorship and support have made a big difference in my life. I am proud of how far I have come, and I thank TME for believing in me and helping me become who I am today.

I am very happy and grateful that you took the time to appreciate me. I do not take it for granted; I truly value it. Today is my first day off, and I am taking this opportunity to express my gratitude.

Since I joined Teenage Mums Empowerment, I have been truly grateful for the opportunity I received. After completing Form Four last year, I did not know where to go or what to do next. Fortunately, my friend introduced me to Teenage Mums Empowerment. I heard that they offered beauty skills training, and although beauty was not the career I had originally planned for, I decided to take the opportunity and learn.

When I joined Teenage Mums Empowerment, the mentorship sessions I received really changed my personality and the way I think about myself and my future. I became more confident and started believing in my abilities. This is my first year working in the field, but I am proud to say that I am not empty-handed. I have valuable skills, and I am now employed.

I would like to sincerely express my gratitude for the support and opportunity you have given me. Thank you for teaching me beauty skills for free, without charging me anything, and for believing in my potential. The skills I gained from you have truly transformed my life.

I am pleased to say that I am now employed as a nail technician. I am doing well and applying the skills you taught me to build my career and support myself. I am deeply grateful for everything you have done for me. Your organization gave me a valuable opportunity to learn and grow, and I will always appreciate it.

Hey,

Am Angellah Kanini I graduated last year, I was in cohort one of the year, since I joined TME it has turned my life because one, I have a skill which puts a meal on my table, secondly it made me know my worth through the mentorship and also from the love from Njeri Kabiru and the entire team.

Currently I do nails, through the help of God I was able to buy start_up requirements of nails and currently am working on mobile services and also I do make hair.
